If you have any fabric left over from the job/project, fold it compactly and before affixing the cambric, place the excess fabric in the underside of your project. Cover with cambric accordingly. Thus, if you ever need to re-upholster a section of the furniture or later wish to make pillows, etc., you'll have a remnant of fabric conveniently stored away and always readily available.
