Very Important Notes:There are a lot of products out there called Bio-Clean or BioClean that clean glass and windows, but rest assured they may not be the same products are our Bioclean! Accept no substitutes! Many of the other products are not the same because they are made of different "ingredients" (chemical compounds) and they do not perform the same as our Bioclean.DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT if your glass is clean, coated, filmed, or treated (i.e. scratch resistant treatment, etc.)! This product is an abrasive and is made to remove scum, water stains, etc. If your glass is clean, then simply clean with water and/or a non-abrasive glass cleaner like Windex, etc. **Please** - be smart about using this product! Do not use on paint, automotive paint, or anything that can be scratched with an abrasive. If you are going to use it to clean stainless steel (which it works great - it's fantastic for cleaning pots and pans), know that its abrasiveness is fine like Bon Ami or Barkeeper's Friend cleansers. Do not use BioClean on stainless if you wouldn't use Bon Ami or Barkeeper's Friend because of the fine abrasiveness.To test whether or not your glass has been permamently damaged (translation = cloudiness or streaks or spots cannot be removed), first clean off any surface dirt. It is extremely important that any surface dirt is cleaned off as it can scratch glass. Then take a soft, damp cloth and rub it firmly on the glass. If it squeaks, the glass has been permanently damaged by acid stains or other damage, and the stains and spots will not come off with any product. If it does not squeak, then the glass has not been damaged and can be cleaned with our BioClean/Bio-Clean (see below for more details on glass conditions). ALWAYS remove surface dirt before using this product. Surface dirt may act as a harsh abrasive and scratch surfaces when rubbed.After cleaning the glass, it is strongly recommended that you seal it with a good quality sealer. Sealing the glass will protect it from dirt and soap scum build up and thus stay cleaner longer. We highly recommend Shower Shield, a highly effective, super easy to use spray-on sealer that prevents water spots and repels soap film and mildew. Why would you want to clean/scrub off soap scum again when you can prevent build up in the first place???Our Bio-Clean/BioClean is an industrial-strength formula used in hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, supermarkets and other public facilities with difficult to clean surfaces. It's fantastic for cleaning windows and shower doors, and removing water spots and water stains!Bio-Clean effectively removes: - Water stains

However, it will NOT work with glass that has Stage Two (II) Corrosion - when the dirt/corrosion deposits are no longer on the surface of the glass, but have started to break down the molecular structure of the glass, leaving an etched or white haze on the glass after the stain has been removed. BioClean/Bio-Clean Water Stain Remover will not repair glass with Stage II Corrosion.
